The Founders’ Award is an annual, global award program to recognize employees who consistently exemplify Adobe’s values throughout the year and make a significant contribution to the company. When John Warnock and Chuck Geschke founded Adobe in 1982, it wasn’t only about building an innovative, prosperous company—they wanted to create a culture based on honesty, trust, and a belief in treating others as we would like to be treated. To them, and to us, “how you do it” is just as important as “what you do.” The Founders’ Award continues to honor John and Chuck’s immense legacy and the values they instilled in Adobe’s culture.
